Knee Pain: A Healing Reflection Worksheet

Pain in the knees can come from injury, overuse, or inflammation—but it may also reflect emotional or energetic imbalances. Symbolically, the knees represent flexibility, humility, and willingness to move forward in life. Pain may arise when we feel stuck, stubborn, unsupported, or afraid of change.
