These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of My Daily Relief (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who you're contracting with

The Service is provided by Treasure Valley Rossiter, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). You are contracting with Treasure Valley Rossiter, LLC for access to the Service.

2. Description of the Service

My Daily Relief app is a digital subscription that provides guided practice sessions, daily check-ins, progress tracking, and a content library designed to help you manage daily discomfort. The Service is for general wellness and educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to defraud or spam any party;
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits);
  • Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, video, audio, documentation and branding, is owned by Treasure Valley Rossiter, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use within your selected plan.

6. Payment and subscription terms

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.on our behalf. Stripe handles card processing, billing, tax calculation, and refund mechanics. Your card details are stored by Stripe — we never see or store full payment information.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Free trials convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial ends. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the "Manage subscription" page in your account. Refunds and chargebacks immediately revoke access to the Service.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Treasure Valley Rossiter, LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where this cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Treasure Valley Rossiter, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
