- Wellness data you provide — daily check-in pain levels, pain area, baseline pain, reminder preferences, program progress.
- Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
- Referral data — referral codes you generate or use.
3. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide the Service — create your account, deliver sessions, save your progress (legal basis: contract performance).
- Improve the Service — understand usage and improve features (legitimate interests).
- Security & fraud prevention — protect accounts and our systems (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- Customer support — respond to your requests (contract performance, legitimate interests).
- Marketing — only with your consent or where permitted (consent / legitimate interests).
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, email, and customer support tools acting on our instructions.

- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and similar advisers under confidentiality.
- Authorities — where required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to comply with our legal obligations. Account data is kept while your account exists and for a reasonable period after closure for backups and dispute resolution. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
