Headaches often signal tension, overwhelm, or internal conflict. While they can have many physical triggers—dehydration, stress, fatigue—they also carry emotional meaning. The head represents the mental realm: thoughts, focus, control, and expectations. When pain arises here, it may be a sign you’re thinking too hard, pushing too much, or ignoring your body’s need for stillness. This worksheet helps you tune in and listen to what your headache may be reflecting back to you.

Close your eyes and breathe slowly. Place a hand gently over your forehead or temples. Ask yourself: What am I overthinking or over-managing? Where am I placing pressure on myself? What have I been ignoring that now demands my attention?
